The service

SeatingQR lets you build a seating plan and share it with guests through a QR code. The Free plan includes one event with up to 40 guests. The Wedding plan is a one-time payment per event and unlocks the features listed on the pricing page.

Refunds

If the Wedding plan isn't right for you, email [email protected] and we'll sort it out. A refunded purchase returns the event to the Free plan; your data is kept but paid features are hidden.

Your content

You are responsible for the names and details you enter and for having the right to share them with your guests. Guests are responsible for what they upload. Hosts can hide or delete any guest submission.

Availability

We work hard to keep the guest page available on your day, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We recommend printing the alphabetical backup list from your dashboard.
