What guests see

Guests never receive your full guest list. When a guest types their name they see only their own table, table name, seat, meal and (on the Wedding plan) the names of their tablemates. Your seating rules, private notes and dietary details are never sent to guests.

What we collect

For hosts: your email address, and the event details, guest names and tables you enter. For guests: nothing is required — no account and no app. If a guest uploads a photo, writes in the guest book or requests a song, we store what they submit. We count scans per device per day using a one-way hash; we do not store the device identifier itself.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep the Stripe session id, plan and amount.

Photos and voice notes

Uploaded photos are re-encoded and stripped of location data. Files have unguessable addresses but are not encrypted; the hosts can hide or delete anything from their dashboard.

Deleting your data

Hosts can delete an event at any time from the dashboard, which removes its guests, tables, rules, messages and song requests. Email [email protected] to delete your account or ask any question.
